POLC Consult Restructures Go-To-Market

Towards driving greater focus on the Miller Heiman side of its business, POLC Consult is restructuring its go-to-market strategy. Under this strategy, healthcare consulting and innovation consulting have exited the portfolio of services offered by the firm to its clients until further notice. "This expresses our firm commitment to the development of Miller Heiman in the Middle East," said Samer Daher, Senior Partner at POLC Consult.
All marketing collateral, including the website, have been revamped to reflect this new focus. As of October 10, 2010, with the exception of pre-existing contracts with clients, POLC Consult will no longer offer services in the area of healthcare consulting or innovation consulting. Towards increasing its coverage in the Arabian Gulf States, the Levant and Egypt, the firm is currently in the process of recruiting focused, entrepreneurial sales consultants with extensive experience in sales and sales management towards ensuring coverage in the region.
